Torso Tiger Review

My latest exercise equipment review is for the Torso Tiger. If you are not familiar with the Torso Tiger it is very similar to the Ab Wheel and Ab Slider. You basically, while sitting on your knees, roll your torso forward and back for a great ab workout.

The big difference between the Ab Wheel/ Slider and the Torso Tiger is that the Tiger has resistance bands where you can increase the difficulty of the movement. However, the Torso Tiger comes at a price around 3 times the Ab Wheel (brand new). So the big question is whether or not the Torso Tiger is worth the extra price. To find out you can read my review here.

Velform Sauna Belt Review

Well I came across the Velform Sauna Belt and couldn't pass it up for a review. Velform claims that you can wrap their belt around your body and sweat the fat away. However, I strongly disagree. First of all I do not believe in spot reducing and secondly your sweating water away not fat. Anyways, you can read my full review for the Velform Sauna Belt System here.

All the best,
Gerald

Total Gym Reviews

My latest review on One4Fitness is the Chuck Norris Total Gym. There are some things that I really like about the Total Gym but I don't think it is for everyone. In my opinion I see the Total Gym more for those interested in toning. If you are more into bodybuilding or serious muscle building then I recommend that you look elsewhere. You can read my full review on the link below.

Elliptical Trainer Reviews

Elliptical trainers are great workout machines that give the user the benefit of working out both the upper and lower body while not putting stress on the weight bearing joints. If you are in the market for an elliptical trainer they you may want to check out the following pages:

Elliptical Trainer - home page for the elliptical trainers
Kettler Elliptical Trainer - reviews on Kettler ellipticals
Keys Elliptical Cross Trainer - reviews on Keys elliptical trainers
Spirit Elliptical Trainer - reviews on the spirit elliptical trainers

All the best,

Home Gyms

Home gyms are great "all in one" exercise equipment that allow you to workout your entire body. A common mistake many people make is to only train those body parts that grow the easiest. It is important to train the entire body so that it is balanced.

I have added the following reviews on home gyms to One4Fitness:

Home gym reviews - intro page to reviews
home gyms
Condor home gym system - reviews on the Condor home gym
Body Craft home gym - BodyCraft PL1000 home gym reviews
BodyCraft Galena home gym - Body Craft Galena home gym reviews
Body Solid home gym - Body Solid EXM home gym reviews

Trampolines

When most people think about trampolines they probably view them more as fun and games instead of something you can workout with. The truth of the matter is that trampolines are great for cardio exercise, building muscles mass and increase bone mass.

My kids got a trampoline for Christmas 2004 and I have to tell you that thing will wear you out. It is amazing how much enegery you use to jump on a trampoline. Above all that you really can feel the muscles contracting in the quads and calves.

Trampolines also come in all different shapes and sizes. There are the mini trampolines that are designed specifically for exercising and there are the larger trampolines which can be used for fun and exercise. Hec, you can also get trampolines for the water!

I personally like trampolines and really enjoy I got for my kids (they really enjoy it too). In fact I enjoy ours so much that I have created a few trampoline review pages on One4Fitness. You can read reviews on the following:

Trampolines - main page for the reviews
Mini trampoline - a little info on mini trampolines
Exercise trampoline - another name for the mini trampoline
Large round and rectangle trampolines - some pretty cool designs here.
Water trampoline - Boy do these things look like fun!
Trampoline accessories - safety nets should be a must. Plus some other cool accessories

As Seen On TV

I've added a few more pages to One4Fitness.com regarding As Seen on TV products. I think there are some really good products out there the only problem I have is the advertising. Exercise is only one piece of the equation if you are looking to burn body fat. A good diet is also necessary if you want to accomplish your fat burning goals.

Any advertisement that implies that the exercise equipment is all you need to get the same results as the models used on the program is simply misleading. The exercise equipment may be the best on the market but it still takes a good diet and workout program to accomplish great results. I have a seperate site that talks all about tips and tricks for increasing your metabolism and if you have missed that post you can read it here.

If you would like to learn more about the Tony Little Gazelle, Ab Lounge and other products, you can view their reviews on the following links:

Tony Little Gazelle - provides both an upper and body workout
Ab Chair - similar to the Ab Lounge
Body by Jake Ab Scissor
Ab Lounge 2
As Seen On TV
- we will add more to this site as our list of reviews products grows.
