P90X Review

P90X is an extreme workout program that focuses on training the entire body. The program comes with 12 workout videos that cover everything from the chest to the arms and the back to the legs. The workouts even include cardio and yoga workouts to mix things up a bit.

Not only does P90X focus on your workouts but it also puts an emphasis on your diet too. This is a well balanced program that doesn't give you a bunch of lip service with embellished claims that do not produce results. Instead the P90X program is honest from the get go letting you know that it is not for everyone. It is designed for those that are willing to dig deep and sacrifice for the body of their dreams.
