If you have read our reviews on the Velform Sauna Belt, Ab Energizer and others then you are all ready aware that we are not a fan of these types of exercisers. Our biggest beef with these types of products is that they promise miraculous gains with minimum effort from you. There is no such thing as a magic pill and any product that promotes great achievements with no effort from you is only giving you false promises.
