Workout Routine Overtraining

Overtraining is very common practice among gym rats and bodybuilders and a quick link to poor results, exhaustion and injury. There are a lot of people in the gyms these days that are overtraining and do not even know it. The key is to recognize the symptoms and the best ways to avoid overtraining.
